The students have to attend NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) which will be conducted by National Testing Agency. Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks for admission in BHMS course. Those who will qualify the test will have to attend State Counselling on scheduled date and time for admission in the desired course.
The Ministry of AYUSH has no direct role in admission or counselling of BAMS, BUMS, BSMS & BHMS courses. The Ministry of AYUSH is a policy-making authority which grants permission to ASU&H colleges on annual basis.
